How To Use Proxies With ScrapeStorm

ScrapeStorm is an AI-powered web scraper tool that users can utilize to extract data from any kind of website. It is simple and easy to use as even beginners with next to no experience can utilize it without difficulty. ScrapeStorm has two modes: Smart Mode and FlowChart Mode.

To be able to scrape large amounts of data without being banned, you need to pair ScrapeStorm with a ScrapeStorm proxy. Websites will have strict regulations against the use of bots on their site, so if you’re detected using one, your account will be immediately banned. A ScrapeStorm proxy will prevent this from happening.

By using residential proxies and continuously rotating millions of IPs, ScrapeStorm would have a different IP each time it does a task. Any website you scrape will think that ScrapeStorm’s requests are from genuine users and thus, will not be able to ban your account.

How To Use Proxies With ScrapeStorm

Step 1. Open ScrapeStorm, right click on the task you want to rotate IP’s on, then click on Start.

Step 2. On the pop-up window, click on** IP Rotation & Delay** and turn on the **IP Rotation **box.

Step 3. If you’re using a Bright Data account, input your Login Credentials under it. If you’re using any other different IP, click on Custom IP and then on Set Up.

Step 4. List your IP Proxies here on an IPAddress:Port format, input your Login Credentials if your proxy server requires it, and click on Confirm to save it.

Step 5. If you want to switch IPs on a set interval, then click on Interval and choose the Length between each interval.

If you want to switch IPs based on a certain text that will appear, then click on Text appears on the page and input which Text you want.

Step 6. Click on Start to save.
